"Apparently turns u girly the telly said
More proof vegans are big girls "
Utter rubbish, lived in Malaysia for ten years and loads of the food has tofu in it. Piss people off over there and they definitely are not girly. |

I'm not vegan - but you really should see the size and strength of some of the vegan powerlifting and martial arts community on YouTube.
Wouldn't want to piss them off. |

"Why does tofu get such a bad rep?
It's a sustainable protein source that doesn't damage the environment or hurt animals in its process.
Why are some people so feckin narrow minded?
Rant over "
Some tabloid/right leaning tabloids and websites picked up on a few scientific studies which were titled along the lines of, "The impact of digested plant phenols on the human hormone systems."
Most from the UK and Europe found no impacts on long term consumption. Some from America, Oz and Canada claimed they found it lowered testosterone. These studies tend to have been funded by the Dairy and meat lobby.
Deffo no conflict of interest there.
Anyway, tabloid and right leaning sites get hold of this, got picked up by some online users, now it's really just a meme for the hard right who like to tarnish liberals as "soyboys" or gym bros who are more concerned about not eating meat, over getting their squat technique right. |
