now see they should have that little girl that use to appear on the tv when all the channels had closed, normally accompanied by that pitched whistle sound...always a good one for insomnia.

I eventually went to bed at 5 am and lay there ......

eventually dropped off.

pee at 8 am and back and got up at 1.30 pm .
