So I am 58 in August
I know I lost a hell of a lot of weight last year to the dreaded C word, but today I’ve been out put down the framework to extend the decking again. I feel good today...
So question is does my body as op look ok at 57?
Also what do you feel about your own body?
Or what do you think of the person above?
Think you should consider age in your appraisals

Gorgeous body, lovely long legs and very toned and certainly don't look your age.
I feel my age at times then I see others my age on here and think actually I don't look too bad. |

I'm jealous of your legs OP, you definitely don't look your age.
I don't like my body from the neck down but am seeing improvements after hitting the gym and getting back to zumba-ing.

@OP, wow you have the most amazing long legs, a pert bottom and a nipped in waist...
The older I’ve got I’m unsure what age people look including myself but regardless you look amazing and hopefully you’re feeling fit too... |

Looking good though and younger than your age plus longer legs than mine! - (bitch ) - Happy with my lot but the bum's going south.
All the above ladies look fab in their images but will be interesting to see if guys partake in this thread. |

You have a great body and age doesn’t come into it, I’m very envious of your legs. My body is a constant work in motion, I’m not feeling good about it at the moment as I’m suffering with a very bloated stomach. But I was told I look much younger than I am so I’ll take that x |

And that's not me being a fake twat, honestly
I'm attaching approaching the big 5-oh! and was in pretty good shape most of my younger life. Sadly gravity starts to get the upper hand so whilst in putting up a fight, it's def a hard one lol (no not like that, you dirty minded people  ) |

yep you still look good
My legs,I have arthritis in by hip, and spinal stenosis, I have all clear on my cancer so in remission now until 2024
