Always start the day with a cup of strong black coffee with a spoonful of honey. The rest of the day I go milky with my coffee.
No tea at all, unless it's green. |

I only have 1 cup of coffee in the morning now. I was getting quite severe chest pains and couldn't figure out why it was happening until someone at work told me it's due to drinking coffee all day. Within 2 days the chest pains had gone once I stopped necking the coffee every 5 minute.
Also cut down on drinking regular tea so I have a selection if fruit teas which help. |
