I guess if you earn the money you can do what you want with it but james Nesbitt spending £100000 on treatment to reverse baldness seems crazy.

If I was feeling vain I might get myself bum length wild hair and some boobs. But would probably just end up buying dogs and horses and some decent wellies.  |

I decided for having my eye balls cut open and bits removed i wanted the best not a discount "'starting from x jobby".
They have one price and you get whatever treatment after care etc is best for you. Unless you have some.specific problems.then it can be nearly 6k one of my eyes was in that bracket but they did me for the lower price.
Zero problems since, no dry eyes, perfect 20/20 vision and they have a full set of scans and records on file if i ever want age related degeneration fixed later in life.
Some things are worth saving on somethings are worth spending on in my view
