Got my ticket and my Hotel booked, just need to get Fab T shirt.
Another year for the Army to reign supreme, another year for me to get emotional as 85000 sing the national anthem and another year catching up with old comrades.
Best party ever ( where I've kept my clothes on)
Who else is going?

I’d have gone without a ticket! Tell you what though. The amount of people that go ‘oh we buy tickets but don’t bother going to the actual match’. Must be disheartening for those that genuinely want them |

Bought mine from the Navy website - thought they would have fewer people chasing their allocation. I go with a guy who was in the RAF Regiment but attached to the Paras as a sniper. My dad was a Para, so we will end up drinking in The Shack (I think the Paras are in The Cabbage Patch but my memory of the day tends to be a bit sketchy) |

It's getting very close now; the excitement is building the chuff chart is definitely in free fall.
So close I can taste it: the best party of the year that I keep my clothes on for, bar none! Oh and there's a rugby match too.

Found a ticket yesterday, at the same price they were sold for so I'm happy.
At least I was until I saw the short train journey had become an 8 change coach epic |

From the 2019 website:
Coaches will again park in the North Car and Rosebine Car Parks, with Cardinal Vaughan being used for those travelling by car. These areas are situated outside of the security/bag check access points and therefore anyone parking in these areas will be able to enjoy the traditional tailgate / hospitality activities. |

your not the only one that's gutted i had to sell mine as my car failed its mot yesturday morning and they can't sort it until Tuesday and i couldn't find anyone that was going that was passing local to me. |

Looking for a hotel, in a decent place, to fet batfaced on friday, then again after the match. Any recommendations, dont want to getfucked about if theres any shennanigans with the siddibg trains this time. |

We aren’t going to the match this year because of the trains. We are going into twickers pre-match and then back into London whilst the game is on as I can’t bear the ordeal!
Where do you normally stay? We always stay at Kings cross. I’ve found that if you want to stay nearer an Airbnb is probably a better bet than a hotel xx |

Stopping near Euston, at a Premier Inn, within striking distance of a 'spoons for the Friday night RV with my old unit and then we will be getting off and on the train at Whitton, smashing into the duke of Cambridge on Saturday before the game and probably after...Mrs staying at home!
