This has probably been put up quite a few times, ive been here before.
But what i have noticed is all the gym fit bodies, i go to the gym but dont think i will ever get rid of my dad bod  |

i'm just messin' chief. Yeah some ladies like a dad-bod some rather have the defined 6pack etc.... i go to the gym 2/3 times a week but still enjoy beer and pizza at the weekend. But fair play to the guys and girls that have dedication and achieve the sculpted form that they work so hard to achieve...  |

did see that happen tho....some dopey bint got confused. Thought she was driving her range rover but had borrowed hubby's 360 spider...went into the BP station and lifted thewrong nozzle..

Yep. You cannot out run your gub.
I wouldn't worry about it too much to be honest. Whilst I admire a 6 pack and the work it takes I find that look quite intimidating. |

What exactly is a dad bod?
And why wouldn't that be sexy?
Guys like all sorts of figures, looks and types, surely it's the same for girls? I stunt beleive that there's one, universal attractive type.
I hope not anyway, or I'm screwed. Or, now literally, not!

I think it's just a thread for those of us who are sometimes a bit concerned we may not have the body of an Adonis. Or those of us who don't really care too much if we do or don't.
A nice little ego stroke and reassurance, especially when you get some nice women popping in to prove not every "Fit bird" Is as shallow as we may think they might be.
I'm guessing a Dad bod is anyone who isn't toned and ripped, doesn't gym every day. Or does, but doesn't get the same results, no matter how hard they train. |

Who cares about a dad bod? You should be happy whatever form you come in, and if you ain't happy then change it. Won't happen over night but it is what it is. |

I work with a couple of guys that have pretty good bods.
But listening to them it's really not worth it.
Wouldn't you rather look after yourself but have a good time than watch everything you eat and drink and plan everything out?
It all sags on the end....

One thing to remember about the guys with chiselled six packs. They will love their abs more than you, and probably more than their mum. When they are fucking you they are more than likely checking their abs and counting reps. And if there is a mirror in the room.. you won't even come close to being the core of their world (see what I did there?)
