Not fun is it. I'm pretty good with 50+. Lasts a few hours at least. The worst I was burnt was went I was about 11. Fell asleep in the sun for over an hour. The front of me was the reddest red you've ever seen and the back of me was the whitest white you've ever seen. I couldn't move, never forget that pain... |

Depends if UK or abroad. I use 30 on my face and 10 on my body UK. Abroad I start 30 all over. I'm lucky I don't burn and my skin naturally goes olive even though I'm pale |
