Though not a pleasant thing to see "man in panties" is not yet classed as a criminal offence even if its a big hairy arse in a thong can turn a stomach.  |

Of course it’s ok. Under international law paragraph 5 section 6 sup paragraph 14 it states.
No discrimination shall be brought to any man who either ; wears, steals , borrows or souls and article of women’s clothing including ; overcoats, Wrap around dresses, bras,corsets and panties.
