I never used to be.

Had a friend make me watch some episodes and some of the stuff in them. Is really quite powerful in their message.

Even some of the episodes are really well done. Blink is just amazing.

Totally a yes...but, erm, Ecclestone isn’t old school. That’s one of the newer ones! Tom Baker, now he’s awesome old-school.

But Midnight is the standout episode of NuWho.

I also liked the Impossible Astronaut. Although it was let down by part 2 of that story.

And Silence in the Library was awesome too. Again let down by part 2.

We are Dr Who fans here...

Fave new Dr is Tennant fave old has to be Tom Baker.

Wasn't keen on Matt Smith and the new ones seem to be aimed at a younger audience butvwre still good.

Though the best character is Missy.

Not a huge fan but I did enjoy David Tennant. I used to watch it with my sister when I was was young, Tom Baker was good back in the day.

I work with a die hard fan and he's given his approval to the new one, so she must be ok

The new series was totally 2018. So woke.

Started off ok but ended with a whimper.

Love it. Angels take Manhatten is probably my favourite episode closely followed by Vincent. The last season had some excellent episodes but I haven't rewatched them enough to have a favourite. I also love Tom Bakers appearance as the curator in the day of the doctor.

Oh and not ashamed to admit cybermen still scare me!

As cheesy as it may have been, I have a soft spot for the River Song storyline. Any of the episodes involving her.

Also of course anything with the Weeping Angels.

The doctors wife was a good one too.

Never been a fan , not even back the black and white days of John Pertwee .

Back in the sixties there really wasn’t much to watch on the telly at all , but even with such a limited choice , I still didn’t like it .

It isn't but generally geeky and nerdy stuff is still looked upon like it is weird or strange.

I will admit that I liked the New Years Day special. The Recon Dalek sure made the Daleks scary again with it's abilities that were different to other Daleks.

I love it! Matt Smith is my favourite Dr but I loved Tennant and Eccleston too. Really didn't like Capaldi. My children love the new Dr the most, which I was surprised at as I expected them to identify more with Matt Smith.

Oddly I would have said David Tennant was my favourite, but now when rewatching some of the episodes I'm honestly more captivated by Matt Smith, possibly because of the river song storyline. My first Dr was probably Sylvester Mccoy, but obviously the best thing about that era was his assistant Ace.

Its a coin flip for me between Tennant and Smith, very similar but different enough. Depends on what energy you want from an episode.

Tennant being the more serious, Smith being the more childish. However I think Smith could pull off the "angry" doctor better than Tennant.

Definitely yay. Only the new ones though. Need to find the old ones and give them a watch I think.

Definitely. He did the 'jaded old man in a young body' thing extremely well.

Tennant and Smith were both a really good phase of Dr Who, some really enjoyable stuff. Rose, Donna and Clara good too. However since then ... just couldn't watch Capaldi at all and the latest one is so so irritating!

If it hadn't been for David Tennant I'd probably argue tha Matt Smith was the best doctor.

Loved Tennant from the start. Took me a while to feel comfortable with his successor, but appreciated that he had massive boots to fill.
