It's a process that doesn't necessarily follow the route that someone may plan and isn't an easy one, like having a bikini wax. I watched a documentary on the transition process, it’s unbelievably painful. No so much having the cock chopped off, which obviously is gonna hurt. Its purely a personal choice and also to do with if you have body dysmorphia or are to far along the feminine gender spectrum to be able keep the penis and still accept your body.
Another consideration is how complicated the procedure is and that some do loose sensitivity in thier sexual parts post op.... Not a nice thought.
Another angle is just being happy/proud as Trans and not needing such harsh surgery to conform.... This is the angle i love xx
