Has any of what was said in your school report stayed with you?

Your personality has it changed

'class clown'

'must try harder'

'attention seeker'

'always distracted'

Have you really changed that much since school?,or are some of the traits still evident

"Easily distracted by his peers", "must try harder"

It improved a lot in the two years before my GCSE'S but I was still a bit of a clown. Knowing the school report was being posted home used to put the fear of god in me in my early teens, my dad was quite strict and scary, and used to fly into a rage if there was anything bad in my school report. It used to always end in me sat there red faced and sheepish for about two hours whilst my mum and dad shouted and ranted at me about how I was messing up my future, and I'd always end up grounded and my games console taken away for a few weeks.

I earn more now than both of their salaries combined when they were the age I am now

In school I was an insufferable goody two shoes. My reports were nothing but praise... except for my Yr 11 report which remarked my earrings should be much smaller than the giant hula hoops I was fond of sporting. I denied it all. My ears weren’t even pierced.

Haha yep, we were always the last ones to get there.

School never did figure out why we always asked if we could do cross country in PE though

WOW! You've read my report?

All of that plus...

Highly intelligent but doesn't apply herself.

Often in a world of her own.

Headstrong, defiant, challenging & stubborn.

I wasn't diagnosed as being dyslexic, dyscalcua or adhd till my final term at school!

Don't think I've changed much... had an excellent record in my early years... went off track for a little while after moving from Wales to Scotland as a teen... in the end I managed to redeem myself in time to leave with enough qualifications to go to uni.

My school guidance teacher wasn't so convinced by my turn around and suggested i shouldn't aim to study medicine at uni like I wanted to. Sadly it took me almost 9 years at uni and 3 degrees to realise I could've easily studied medicine after all! Hindsight is a powerful thing!

I had to put the effort in and find a dictionary to see what the limelight was!!!

A quiet and conscientious pupil who applies her knowledge well.

Science and geography are areas where she is top of the year.

Less chattering in languages is required, as in more effort in P.E

A helpful, kind and caring member of the year group.
