I uploaded a pic to my profile a few minutes ago now some guy has just uploaded it to his profile and has set it as his profile pic. Reported him but he has now blocked me so I can't message him to ask what he thinks he's doing!!! |

Just report him to admin, as you have, then block him so he can't look at you again.
Admin will check the photos, look at the upload times, and probably ban him from the site. |

It's more likely that his profile has been suspended - as the message you get is tge same as for blocked profiles |
