Oh my goodness is this not like a criminal offence already because if it isn't it should be.
But then I suppose it's like anything like this it's one person's word against another. but at least if it was a known criminal offence it would possibly deter some people from even trying it. |

I thought that if you consent to sex with someone on the proviso they wear a condom and they then remove it without your knowledge it’s r@#e. Or is this incorrect? |

Yes, I've had it done to me.
In the 'heat of the moment' it takes your brain a few seconds to realise something is different, then a few more to process the facts, a quite few more to weigh up your options.
Demand they stop, while considering was it accidental or intentional?
If intentional, why would they do that? How will that person respond? Will you be creating a situation which may turn nasty?
Getting yourself checked ASAP, waiting on test results, praying for an all clear knowing not all results can show up immediately, getting retested again to be sure, all the time avoiding contact with anyone else because your panicking about what could be.
In my opinion, anyone who does that to another person is the lowest of the low.

I haven't looked into it and I'm sure that would come under some sort of offence but again as other people have mentioned I suppose it's proving it. I have heard of this happening but I think thankfully it's very rare or at least I hope it is. |

Yes like I said I'm not sure how you would police something like this but obviously it is exceptionally unacceptable but if it was actually an offence in its own right then I do think it would act as a deterrent. Like for example upskirting is now going hopefully to be an offence in its own right rather than just being covered by voyeurism. I haven't explained that very well but I hope it makes sense. |

It said that make sure you guide the cock in so that you can feel to make sure there is a condom on but then I guess you can be as safe and cautious possible but things still happen. Exactly, but if you are in the doggy position, how many times do or can you check?
That is why I haven't had sex in so long, as I need to build up trust but so many men don't understand that and think a fuck is a fuck which my brain can't comprehend.
So it turns out celibacy is for me now unless some new breed of man comes along  |

It happened to me, he ripped the end off when I was distracted, I didn't know and couldn't tell. After he made out like it had broken and the end bit was inside me. (I was very new to sex when this happened) then he came clean.
Next day went the clinic and didn't touch anyone for 3 months before getting tested again, the stress was awful. It should be an offence.
