So it’s half term and I had a nice trip overseas planned wirh my boys but then BMI go into administration. Any ideas for good days out with kids in the NW?

That would depend on what entertains your kids usually.

Knowsley safari park is a hit most of the time.

Sea life centre near Cheshire oaks.

Chester Zoo.

Manchester airport viewing park.

Royal Armouries museum in Leeds. I've been wanting to have a weekend up there for ages, I just haven't managed to arrange it.

There'll be loads of half term activities in Manchester. Try the museums/galleries and also look on Eventbrite- you can search by category and even just for free events if you're on a budget
