Relative had a cataract operation last week - the plan was to do the good eye first then 3 weeks later do the bad eye.

A few days ago the surgeon rang up to say that they have used the wrong lens - so his good eye is fucked !

This is the fourth most common error in the health service - do some research and good luck.
