So a girl of 15 fucks off to join isis in Syria , gets married to a terrorist , has 2 kids that both die , gets pregnant a third time at 18 and decides she wants to come back to Britain as our nhs May help this one stay alive ! You couldn’t make this shit up !

She doesn’t regret anything , she’s seen the shit isis do including heads in bins , the killing and so on , and none of it phases her . She seems oblivious to the sheer terror and abominations they get up to . But isis are on the decline and we have a much better life for her and her offspring , so she figures she can just hop on a plane and come back .

I say no way , she’s made her bed etc.....

What say you lot ?

I say Isis need people in Britain to oversee what happens with the UK after Brexit.

Call me cynical but surely you cannot just walk away from an extremest group so publicly and live? Too much of a risk for them to not have their secrets spilled surely.

I would bet cash that she is still active with Isis.

I wouldn't let her back in. Let her child in - it's not their fault.

I have facepalmed a few times today after seeing Facebook posts saying if she's let in she should be deported back to her own country immediately.

The government will definitely get home, she's got too much Intelfor them not to.

I'd say the SAS are on the case already...if she's not actually back in British hands by now.

Glad it wasn't just me thinking along this line. Just can't see how she could leave Isis to come here unless there was an alterior motive.

We should deny her access to the UK. Shouldn't even be debated.

Agreed about her being back in Britain, they will want her monitored at the very least. And like you say, she will have inside intel.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Groomed as a child and now still only 19. Used for sex and condemned for that. Lost two of the children she bore and condemned for being pregnant a third time and wanting her child to live.

I'll stop reading now as I can imagine the responses from the good folk of the forum.

I had to Google the story because I don't read or watch the news.

I'm not saying I'm better

I just think that sensationalism by journalists etc ..is what causes hatred in most of our bubbles.

I doubt that most of us even know where Syria is without Google.

Stories like this just facilitate hatred.

Who knows what the truth is.

We only have the story that is told to us.

Girls being groomed for sex, and to facilitate crime and all manner of things is not uncommon. Nor is them being condemned for it. She and her friends were children - under definition of law and what we as a society accepts.

I'm sure you and every other person who has been a teenager made entirely rational decisions about everything as a teenager. Some decisions are worse than others, of course they are, but do not discount their age as nothing.

I knew I should have clicked away.

The interview was done when she is 19 .

She seems totally ok with what isis have done , somewhat hardened I would say .

Do you know how grooming works? You don't just suddenly snap out of brainwashing on your 18th birthday.

It's sadly why child soldiers are so effective, if you are that way inclined, you can manipulate them in a way that's hard to achieve in adults.

I say let her back in. She’ll be on terrorist watchlists for years, her every move and word monitored and she knows that. We have to show people that leaving, that even doing what she has done, doesn’t mean that we are without mercy and compassion. That there is always hope that you can find your way back. That we always believe that there is something left worth saving.

Otherwise, we might as well put heads in bags.

She must have been vulnerable at fifteen to have been 'lured' away. Who is to say that she is capable of independent thought now or was then.

If we accept that 'isis' are manipulative , brain washing sort of chaps - then why aren't we compassionate toward a 'child' who was entrapped ?

Isn't it a mark of a society - the way it treats others ?

Do you want to condemn her to a life with Isis? Behead her in a public square ?

As JimiUK says , you don’t just grow out of brainwashing on your 18th birthday . So letting her back would be a risky move as she clearly has been brainwashed .

Do those who think she is hard done by know how to uncondition a conditioned mind ?

I know I don’t , and I’m not suggesting we put her head in a bag . I’m saying she should realise that she chose this life that she now has , however naive that may have been . And other gullible kids may learn from this sad situation .

If she does return she should be locked up for life .. interrogated for info.

Her child removed by social services and put into care because she is too dangerous to the kid being associated with terrorism, for all you know father could still be alive and take the kid.

Either way she chose wrong.

There and to the left a bit

Fact of the matter is regardless of whether she was groomed (which she clearly must have been) she's a British citizen who holds a British passport and therefore has to be allowed back in - to think she'll be allowed back to a life of freedom and sponging off the NHS until she decides to return to ISIS is somewhat naive.

As soon as she steps off the plane she'll be detained, and yes she'll get the maternity care she's entitled to as a British citizen but as others have pointed out she'll be extensively interviewed for any information she may have on ISIS and may well face criminal charges and a period in jail for any of her ISIS related activity.
