Trick is to stick on the card that it wouldnt have been a surprise if they had turned up yesterday.
Also deliver to thier work place and be more impressive than anything the other staffs boyfriends bought so they get to show off (which is easy as everything is discounted) =instant win  |

I bought a card for my girlfriend once ( I was parked on a double yellow so I had to run in and buy the card quickly) that said ‘To my dear husband’
It didn’t go down well.  |
