Well been feeling great till this week Saturday when gym and after 5 busy shifts in work was goin do basic session ended up getting excited and doing loads my best bit I ran for 3 mins....
Only problem for days after it’s screwed me increase pain an feeling discomfort grrrrr
So today just done a rehab session all seemed ok today but now done session it’s gripping again wtf hopefully not done anything bad but it does worry me, called physio waiting for reply to discuss. I hope it’s just me bein cautious... think will hold off run for while

Yeah been a few times but still struggle with kicking pressure on joint, it’s nice go an walk up an down |
