I’m going with
Simon and Garfunkel’s Bridge over Troubled waters

Then I’m really split between two
So I’m going with

Wonder Stuff - HUP
The Levellers - Levelling the Land
And while there a number of contenders for number 3 I think it has to be
The Smiths - The Queen is Dead |

Deep Purple - Machine Head
Black Sabbath - Sabotage
Led Zeppelin - Physical Graffiti
Pink Floyd - Dark Side Of The Moon
Queen - Sheer Heart Attack
I'd best stop now before I list my entire vinyl collection |

There and to the left a bit |
Right now off the top of my head:
The Liberty Of Norton Folgate (deluxe 22 track version) - Madness
All Mod Cons - The Jam
Steve McQueen - Prefab Sprout
The last two are interchangeable with various others though |

"Smiths fans, why Queen is Dead over Hatful of Hollow? " Would not throw HoH out of bed as it includes the mighty How Soon I Now but there are a lot of rehashed tracks on it. TQID is a masterpiece although I alternate between The Smiths, Meat Is Murder and The Queen is Dead as my favorite. Have been lucky enough to see them live just when The Smiths had just been released and a definate musical life highlight.

Sunhouse-Crazy on the Weekend
Gets into my top ten, five, three, one...this time, next time, every time. Anybody who hasn't heard this record should give it a go on YouTube, it is a thing of beauty.
The Jam-All Mod Cons
On another day it would be Setting Sons, depends which mood I'm in.
De La Soul-3 Feet High and Rising
One of the all-time great debut albums. |

Kraftwerk — Electric Cafe
Chemical Brothers — Exit Planet Dust
Eels — Beautiful Freak
But it changes regularly, probably daily, more likely hourly.
Impressed to see Hup mentioned earlier, as well as Crass, Madness and Depeche Mode ('Construction time again' for me there) |

Great shout - they got their name from a Johnny Cash song (How high's the water momma)
They also gave away their entire back catalogue free on mp3 to anyone that wanted it last year (I've got it) |

Is that why they are not available on streaming services like Spotify? Always frustrates me when I fancy listening to them and the tracks are all greyed out. |

Loads of stone roses.
No one picked any Queen or Prince albums, interesting given that they are often quoted as "legends", or maybe no one likes royalty
Appetite for destruction - GnR
Ready to Die - Biggie
Faith - George Michael
All eyez on me - 2pac |
