Tesco's Disney characters popping candy with a lolly dipper are on special just now, 4 for a pound. |

Bugger, did not read the OP right, sorry!
Two newsagents in town sell sweets by weight, and they have poppy candy.
My town also has a proper sweet shop, and they too sell them.
