So today at work we were having some issues with our server and being the geek I am the boss asked if I could take a look, of course I gladly went along and did some diagnostics and found the problem.
So turns out the server was hoarding information and simply needed clearing, again ideal asked if I was able to do it and I said yes. About an hour later going through files and so on all seemed to be ok and everything was working ok, until......
My boss called me through again and it turns out I've accidently deleted all his client contacts, all I could say was ooops....  |

Yes, luckily I was able to get those contacts back through the backups but not the message trail they had

Haha I'm sure if that scenario ever happened, oops definitely wouldn't be the thing anyone would want to hear  |
