Everyone comment is valid towards your post. Just because you don't like hearing the truth from other people's experiences, no need to be sarcastic.
Back to your question. I personally do not like them. I have this pointed out clearly within my profile. Yet so many passing through town cowboys, ignore what I'm looking for. I'm not there's nor anyone else leg over and go whilst they're riding into my town.
If they read profiles before messaging, they would have their answer. No need to waste their own time nor mine. |

Sorry wasn't meaning to be sarcastic and yes I do agree with you about every comment is valid but as I read the message it seemed the only positive one as in contractors in a town.

Not for me, and quite clearly stated on my profile.
The joys of living where I do.
Seaside, tourist area, several busy ports nearby, overnight truckstop less than ¼ mile as the crow flies.
Means lots of randoms just passing through.
Pretty obvious my profile hasn't been read, and I work on the assumption, they've scattergun messaged every female within spitting distance. |

If I've been chatting to someone for a while and at a later date they tell me they're going to be in the area for work or whatever , I might consider a meet.
If I get a random last minute message from someone who is passing through then no chance.
I'm not here to service randoms in hotel rooms. |

I don't mind in principle if they do the legwork. Contact me well in advance, get to know me a bit, be prepared for a social to fizzle out.
It's yet to happen. I do mind "I'll be in Manchester tonight/ tomorrow, fancy sharing my nice hotel room?" Just feels sleazy, in a way I'm not down with. I often don't read the full message before deleting. |

I wouldn't meet for fab purposes while I were on holiday either. I take the holiday to get away from everything, and explore somewhere new for a while. |

Mine doesn't mention businessmen/ contractors, but it mentions referring to my profile. I'd say 98% of these types of message could be (and perhaps are) sent to every woman within 30 miles of their hotel. I delete spam. |

If around long enough to get to know, rather than expecting to summon you to some hotel for a shag - or stay at yours as free b&b, it might work.
