Just lately so much crap flying about its sad... Are we not supposed to be having fun?? If people are that sensitive to stuff are they really in the right place?...
Never known anywhere go like this so quickly... Come on guys, lighten up.. Its supposed to be a laugh...  |

Now... Talking of Fish.
When you go to the chippy and ask for a large portion.. does he sometimes fob you off with two small ones to make it a big one.. and if so does it satisfy in the same way???

totally agree ... it's all about fun and laughs.
and most of the time .. it's exactly that.
the other times.. well best forgotten.
when I first posted months ago.. I was like ... ' wow, what the feck are some of these people like '.. I was a tad sensitive and some folks were just fecking rude lol.
I stopped.... watched for a couple of months.. educated myself on use of forum, understood people use the forum like a chatroom, strong friendships established etc, etc.
Came back and love it..
think the squabbles can be reduced,.. never eradicated cause it's life by 3 things..
1. Sometimes if you have nothing nice to say , it MAY be better to say nowt.
2. Practise what we preach.
3. and in my opinion... the most important .. KNOW WHEN TO STOP.
only my opinion, I repeat, only my opinion..

Got to be honest... Missed last nights, we'll catch up later maybe lol.
So far though... I think he's trod a fine line, difficult to say either way.. A bit like my crap in here.. some say snipe some say take the piss.. I'd say its more take the piss at the snipes lol....

Where is all this crap then, I haven't seen it. It seems only a few days ago everyone was posting lovey-dovey messages after the Beach Party.
All the argy-bargy seems to go straight over my head sometimes, most of the achully. Which is probably why I'm a happy old soul....

As I lurk a lot you get to know who likes the mickey taking out of them and who doesn't.
A good piss taker will know when someone doesn't take it very well and stop.

when I first posted months ago.. I was like ... ' wow, what the feck are some of these people like '.. I was a tad sensitive and some folks were just fecking rude lol.
I stopped.... watched for a couple of months.. educated myself on use of forum, understood people use the forum like a chatroom, strong friendships established etc, etc.
Came back and love it..
think the squabbles can be reduced,.. never eradicated cause it's life by 3 things..
1. Sometimes if you have nothing nice to say , it MAY be better to say nowt.

Spot on... Agree totally, I can give it just as well as anyone... and 99% in good humour.. or at least its how its dealt.. but clearly from whats been said not always recieved..
I can also take it.. unlike everyone.. I have done, I have also had the ability to speak for myself removed and enjoyed the banter dished by the very same peeps who now see it as some kind of attack....
If its also allowed.. some also seem to think I have some magical powers over the mods?? I havn't.. nor would want to.. and some may even think I have some buttons.. Ohhh come on lol.. As fookin if that likely to happen.
If the same people who are focusing on one thread for reasons.. look a bit deeper.. then wind yer necks in pmsl... |

I agree, I try to keep things quite light and see things from other peoples points of view etc and have a laugh but had a terrible battering a few days ago which wasn't too nice as I was merely voicing my opinion! Put me off posting a bit in all honesty but had a couple of nice mesages from the mods - they're not all bad! |

I dont get this post, sorry, we have been on here for sometime now, we like reading and commenting in the orums light heartedly, we have met some great people and still shall I hope lol, and never get to see al lthis so called site gonig down hill or biecking at all? I think the site is cool we both do ,and the people on it generally too ,apart from the odd timewaster but hey, that comes with territory.
