Pancake, spread the sauce across the surface, lay the spring onions and cucumber and then add the duck before rolling and eating.

Duck then sauce, then veg. Sauce is sandwiched in to stop the pancake getting sloppy. Have also been known to just dollop it all in the middle (no order) then twist it into a type of wanton and shovel it straight down the hatchet.

One of my favourite foods of all time. Im like a pig in shit when i find a good buffet that serves them. Arrange three pancakes in a triangle shape on the plate, then load. Go duck, veg then sauce. Wrap after leaving the servery so others can load up.
