Dear Friends Fabbers and Forumites.

Golly gumdrops what a simply blustery day.

Please take care in these wild winds.

Pooch and I are back to our wandering ways.

We are so lucky to live in the heaven that is North Wales. Beautiful golden beaches , majestic mountains and secluded woodland walks.

We have so many wonderful places to visit, relax and watch the world go by.

So our question to you is

Do you have a favorite place you go to just to enjoy the views , feel relaxed and that energise you?

Please feel free to share with the group

Taff and Pooch

If I need a quick fix I have a favourite local nature reserve I like to visit located by The Wash.

Fresh air, a brisk walk whilst enjoying the sights and sounds of birds in flocks swirling around in the sky. Always lifts my spirits. Give Pooch a rub behind the ears from me

You’re not far from me and yes it is. I’m not going on the hills today

Give me a hill and a pair of walking boots and I always feel energised, Taff. The Peaks, Dales, Lakes, Highlands, love them all.

Perhaps not today though... The wind is strong enough to blow you right off Hollins Cross! Keep a tight hold of Pooch's lead!

?

I'm so lucky as I live a stones throw from both the Peak District, and Sherwood forest.

I can be invigorated by the rolling hills and wonderful views, or enjoy the quiet solitude of a wander in the forest.

North Bucks

It’s not quite Snowdonia but it’s a place called Yardley Chase.

Acres of woodland and quite remote so the only things you bump into is the odd deer.

I used to spend hours up there. No traffic sounds just nature.

Pooch and I are back from a windy but beautiful Great Orme . Some fantastic views over to our beloved Carneddu mountains .

Just a short walk today as pooch had his chemotherapy yesterday and is a little tired

Chams or Socials

We love a walk down the canal with the dog to blow the cobwebs away. We can walk all the way to a lovely national trust property when the weather is good
