I been in bed out of bed and made a sandwich and watched TV. I have killed zombies in a game and read a book. And I still can't sleep. Thinking of a shower and heading to the 24 HR Tesco now

Had 3x 1hr cat naps since getting up at 6 on Thursday morning

For good reason though.

I've only slept for about 4hours, which is quite a common occurrence. I feel grumpy
