I find that interesting since I am actually Cajun from southern Louisiana. Do you find recipes from Youtube or certain celebrity chefs or what?

There is a good Youtube channel named "Gochujang Mama:\". This Mexican lady makes a number of homestyle Mexican dishes such as Fajitas and other dishes as well.
