I'm going out with 5 of my besties tonight so no cooking for me, hurrah. I'll be eating whatever I fancy off a very luxurious menu and drinking some fizz. |

Just made some kebab skewers with chicken,sausage,pork,onions,peppers and mushrooms coated in a BBQ sauce. Might have a large gin and tonic to wash it down. |

I find that interesting since I am actually Cajun from southern Louisiana. Do you find recipes from Youtube or certain celebrity chefs or what? |

There is a good Youtube channel named "Gochujang Mama:\". This Mexican lady makes a number of homestyle Mexican dishes such as Fajitas and other dishes as well. |
