I don't think it's something you can 'train'.
You do or you don't. The thing is to not focus on the fact you can't and concentrate on pleasing your playmate in other ways. |

I don't think you need to force it. Let your partner take the time to build you back up again. That's the only time I've ever 'repeated' Otherwise I'm minutes from sleep post orgasm |
