Use a good Bratwurst instead of a Frankfurter.

Plenty of caramalised fried onions with tomato ketchup and dijon mustard

no... the way i use to eat them when i was at uni at michigan state... the detroit coney...

huge hot dog (not of these small ones you do!) covered in bolognase, onions, bacon bits and mustard.........
