Ladies and Gents,
Rough sex, why do you like it? Search your soul.
A theory I thought of is, that men (in general) have become more passive and pandering towards women that it's led to an extra drive for even more alpha / strong / dominating traits. That manifesting in the more extreme elements of dominance.
An idea but let me know your thoughts!

Is it just the feeling though? And being dominated, why does that in particular feel good? That loss of control and sometimes a real sense of ownership of your self.

Interesting in itself that 'rough sex' is positioned in terms of alpha / strong / dominant male role.
From a male pov, passion, desire, mutual pleasure and developing a connection are bigger drivers.

I love ‘rough sex’ or what I consider it to be. I love the danger, the lack of control on my part, being able to feel it/see it for days.

I don't like "rough" sex. I do like passionate, unrestrained, animalistic sex where you lose yourself completely.
I don't see it as dominance, I'm not submissive. I do see it as a play on feminity and masculinity. Yes he is using his physical strength to hold me down but it's my feminity that got him to that point. It's an equal thing. |

Rough sex can be a bit subjective, but when two people have similar views on what constitutes it and engage in it it's mind blowing. To be fair I hate the term alpha / beta, but I figured it may be useful of a descriptor of the kind of traits that are commonly associated with the rougher end of sex. |
