Still no better if fact after 2 falls neither my faith might add the pain is only jetting worse. Mwdswont work more than 2/3day as I have a huge tolerance to them. The only 1s that do work effect my speech so much I sound pissed. God if only that was the case |

Stay off the Tramadol if that's suggested to you. My friend is now addicted to the stuff. She said it hurts like hell when you try and stay off them. Tramadol has been in the news alot lately. |

Nothing worse than being in constant pain, you get no respite at all.
I've got sciatica in my left leg, it's so debilitating and limits me in what I can do.
I've had to buy something to help me put my socks on... ffs...
Four lots of tablets and it still hurts like a bitch. Hospital appointment at the end of the month, I hope to god they can do something about it  |

Just keep a good rolling d*unk on.
The trick is staying in the zone where you're d*unk enough to kill the pain but not sober enpugh to get a hang over.

Long term the only thing tjat works for back pain is constant physio exercises till you die. Its shocking just how atrophied the muscles that you dont use because of the pain get. Which makes things worse as they arent providing the support you need.
I need to find a Pilates class that works around nights.
Knobly foam roller helps too. |

All opiates lower ypur pain tolerance and all of them are addictive but modern medicine hasnt really got anything else that works at blocking pain so well.
Weaning off is very difficult, especialy as if you work in any vaugley male or physical environment you can get opiates from somone with a prescription in 2 mins. |
