Chatroom issue

When I go into a chatroom my pm - poke - block buttons that appear under names have disappeared but cannot see why or how to reset to get then back

Please help its driving me mad !

Think about why they are not under your name... You really want to PM poke or block yourself?

but nobody else can contact me either as they cannot see buttons even when everyone is able to contact me

i read that as other peoples names - but could be wrong

i can message other people and chat private but if somebody wants to contact me they are not able to as no pm poke or block buttons on my profile

The options under your name will show for everyone else but they don;t have the options under their own name...
