Just 50, only a few silver hairs, more in my beard than on my head. Lost 2 stone in the past year to get down to my fighting weight. 2 minute planks every day. Feeling as fit as I did in my twenties |

It is, but it shouldn't be. When I compare my life to my parents at the same age, the difference is incredible. I think people get old because they believe they should. social conventions. |

Will be 56 in three weeks.
Can be depressing, when you realise 'salt & pepper' suddenly turned to snow.

I’m 60+ a newbie here. I put my real age on my profile. Perhaps that was a mistake. I could easily pass for 60,
Have all my hair, not yet silver, all my teeth, my willy still wonks vigorously. Fit and active outdoors man. Having a helluva time hooking up with anyone. Is it my bad breath? Or is 60+ comsidered a fossil?

I'll be 64 this year and lately, have had approaches from 1 single lady, plus 2 couples, all of whom prefer older men.
Considering last year, I suffered medical issues, one after another - the perils of getting older, such that I was so tired all the time, and gad no energy at sll.
Overall, it impacted on meets, ending up with my confidence taking a dive, this year is the total opposite so far. |
