Most threads have the same people contributing. All day, everyday. It's like they don't have a day job, or a night job!

I can often have a lot of downtime in work, waiting around. Or similar to Nora, in an office with a bit of multi tasking. Yes I can do a limited amount of multitasking as a man! |

No magic pill.
Just have a mobile phone that's loged in to fsb all day and keep it with you. Then go on it every time you get a chance.

We both work silly shifts. A mixture of days and nights with no pattern and often completely opposite to each other. So we are on here at daft times despite working full time. 9 to 5 isn't for us all.
