Personally I keep trim just for convenience (plus it makes it look bigger lads!) - in terms of on a woman I don't really mind hairy or smooth, but a neat trim is always appreciated

Freshly shaven or a few days growth is nice. Nothing too hairy and also nothing prickly. yuck!
