So, who out there swims? Whos enjoying their laps? What's your stroke, distance, speed? You have a preference for speedos, shorts or a bikini?

.

Speedo's should be banned from public swimming pools unless you're a professional swimmer,

Once you've Seen It, You can't Unsee It

Many seem to love swimming but don't go (often enough). How come? What's stopping you all?

I have a superb breast stroke (ooh matron!) but took lessons to learn to crawl properly. Rubbish, went backwards! Taught myself in the end

from youtube. Loads of stuff on there. Give it a go!

I can't do breaststroke for the life of me. Crawl is my preferred stroke.

I do love to swim. I live about a 10 minute walk from the beach & love to get out in the ocean during the summer months.

Breast or crawl?"

Mainly crawl, and a couple of lengths of backstroke to relax at the end of a session!
