Fetish shops in the gay vilages tend to be decent if you want to try stuff on. Otherwise fetishangel is a good site for men and women HUGE selection but holy fuck is the site a pain in tbe ass as its ordered by brand not catagory.
For a decent harness expect to be paring in the region of 70 quid.
For faux learher pvc stuff like kilts or pants 30-40 for genuine leather 100-150.
