Screaming in public

Whats it all about?

Was out at the weekend and the amount of people (mostly women admittedly but not all) who just scream, like not shouting a word just "arrrrghhh" when something hapens that shocks them or thier happy etc.

I really dont get it.

Do you do it? If so why?
