Ignore my last post. Fuck that post!
What product do you use/eat/buy that has to be branded?
I have to have McVities digestives. I just can’t eat cheap ones!
I know Heinz baked beans and ketchup is a popular one |

"Warburton bread if they don't have it I go with out yum"
I used to be like that! Being really skint a few years ago and we lived off of beans on toast, and had Lidl’s own |

I couldn’t care less about most brands. There are a few preferences we’ve got though.
My tonic of choice is always Aldi slimline. Baked beans have to be Aldi too. The only brown sauce I will ever eat is HP or branston fruity. Hubby will only drink Coca Cola full fat, never Pepsi or a sugar free version. Toothpaste is always Colgate and we both have a preference of a certain deodorant too.
Other than that, we buy the brand/own brand which offers best value for money on the day we shop |

"Cat food the cat won't eat anything cheap and I have tried.
Still got to treat your pussy right.
For me it's coffee will drink a few brands but can't stand cheap coffee."
Agree with the cat food thing. Ours like butchers classic in cans. Our diabetic cat gets pouches of gourmet fine flakes twice a day as she adores it, it’s the one way we can guarantee her eating sufficiently before her insulin injections. |

Oh god yes, massively fussy pussy here too
Beans, always Branston, you can keep your Heinz "
Same here! The pussy in my house is so fussy with what she eats |

I actually prefer a lot of own brand to the branded products. More expensive does not mean better.
It's like on that programme eat well for less. when they hide the labels and a lot of people don't know the difference they just convince themselves that the brand is the only one they like. I'm sure I'm guilty of this especially with coffee. |

Bit chavvy, but at least you didn't say Ralph Lauren as well..."
Sadly, I'm not fortunate enough to be able to wear a scarf, a couple of buttons, and a carrot as a nose only. |

For me in a caffeine snob. It has to be ringtons tea, beanies coffee (ginger bread or hazelnut) or costa if I'm out and about. Only other bands I'd say I'm keen on are Levi's 501's and barbour hoodies |

I never trust bread that doesn't go hard, especially those that go green and still soft as the day you bought it... |

We try our best. She’s very special and unique, we’re extremely lucky to have her (and the other monsters) |

"Cadbury’s chocolate.
Cider from Somerset. No particular brand as such, but Somerset apples.
Heinz baked beans.

I was with you on the apples until I remembered how much I like both Herefordshire and Suffolk cider.. . |

"We insist on our milk from a cow "
I quite like milk from a goat, but it's bloody expensive, so cows will have to do.
Sheep's milk isn't bad either. I remember milking off a very productive ewe who'd only had a dopey single in order to keep her milk going. Was pretty tasty (that which I didn't feed to her lamb)... |

"Im not bothered about branded stuff of any kind. Im happy with shops own brand. " A lot of the branded goods come from the same factory as the shops own brand just repacked, a lot of supermarkets use the same suppliers. Some “own brand” cereal has nestle on the back too |

"Irn Bru"
I'll drink off brand irn bru if I have to, but it's not the same. I'd rather spend a little bit more for the real thing (when it's available down here). |

"I can't think of one brand I'm loyal to. "
Same. I’ll buy branded everyday items if on offer only. If not I’ll settle for supermarket brand. My daughter is a bit of a snob and demands Heinz Ketchup, I’ve been known to buy Tesco’s own brand ketchup and fill up the Heinz bottle |

I am not loyal to any brand. I used to be, but no longer! However there are some brands that I stay away from.
So long as cleaning products and toiletries are cruelty free,i don't care too much, whatever is on offer or the cheapest but still effective. |

The only things where I stick to a specific brand are certain tools, other tools I just buy good quality.
Food wise don't really care as long as it tastes alright, the only exception being that I will not buy cheap sausages or brandy. I don't have to get expensive ones or specific brands though.
Clothes, I don't care for expensive designer stuff. I buy things I like, sometimes they are cheap, others relatively expensive. I have no idea which brands are "cool", or not and have never even heard of most mentioned in this thread.
If people think less of me for that, it's fine by me. |

Yup! Sometimes uses Aquafresh but hate that it's manufactured by a big pharmaceutical company. |

It's just water. Open the bottle and fill it up from the tap.
But I would know it's not the genuine stuff and I would die a little inside."
Get someone else to fill the bottle when you are not looking |
