Yes and swiftly blocked the person on Facebook, rarely use it tbh, but thought omg just our luck!!

Once you give out your mobile number for WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, They starts sending out friend suggestions and people you may know. I hate that and this is why I don’t give out my number to chat. I wish to keep my private life 100% that.

You can block people on Facebook from searching using your mobile number. I've done this and I don't get suggestions either so that works out quite well.

Don't have Facebook on my phone or linked to my phone. It's only on my laptop and that's where it stays, I hardly ever use it anyway and so don't get any of those problems.

In the past yes, but it’s not been an issue as I only give my number out to a trusted few...
