Lot's of stuff online. It's not nice at insomnia as you know. Sunday should be all about daytime catch up. Good luck.

Get yourself an echo fit and ask it to play the ‘thunderstorms ‘ sound effect.

That's the worse bit about it... feeling tired thru the day and trying not to nap

I struggle with it on and off and have never found anything that helps. I'm all ears of anyone comes up with anything.

I get around 4 to 5 hours sleep a night, i just accept it and fill the time before i pass out doing things i want to do whilst the rest of the house is asleep.

I find going to bed late and sleeping till morning is preferable to going early and waking up through the night.

My sleep pattern is very erratic and I can often end up watching TV and having a cuppa at 2 or 3 in the morning! Just starting using an app called Headspace and find I’m asleep before the 10 minutes session is up and staying asleep longer x

I don't know what's worse sleeping for 4/5 hours and being awake for at least 3 or waking up every couple of hours but going back to sleep. Doesn't help when I have a lot on my mind and not eating properly either.
