I don't sleep well due to pain anyway but the last couple of weeks I've had Sciatica too so its doubly hard to find a relaxing spot! Im in so much pain i could chew my own leg off ! Lol blugh.... |

I get around 4 to 5 hours sleep a night, i just accept it and fill the time before i pass out doing things i want to do whilst the rest of the house is asleep.
I find going to bed late and sleeping till morning is preferable to going early and waking up through the night. |

My sleep pattern is very erratic and I can often end up watching TV and having a cuppa at 2 or 3 in the morning! Just starting using an app called Headspace and find I’m asleep before the 10 minutes session is up and staying asleep longer x |

So having wrote this i have just now put the ham in the cupboard and poured juice in the bin... Maybe ignore my advice. |

I don't know what's worse sleeping for 4/5 hours and being awake for at least 3 or waking up every couple of hours but going back to sleep. Doesn't help when I have a lot on my mind and not eating properly either. |
