You're never too old! There will be at least 1 amature theatre company nearby that you can join!
My cousin was in her 40s when she went for it. She's since been on the TV loads, been part of the main cast in Chicago on the west end, featured on 2 albums, performed at one of the Nolan sisters weddings and done a shit-ton of other things!
If you want it, go get it! |

"I love dangling by my finger tips 30 ft up a rock face.

I ride bikes too, mainly a road cyclist. I’ve also more recently been getting into aerial stuff, mainly rope and trapeze.
For the more sedate stuff I like a lot of art. Shit at doing it myself but appreciate it. Visit galleries, go to lectures, talks, discussions on certain topics |

I do one sport, but it's also a hobby as well and that is Motorbike racing, have done it since my teens.
Pure hobbies are photography along with benching and overclocking computers. |

Apart from fishing and gardening at the allotment, I tend to be creative in my hobbies.
They range from the pretty regular common crafts such as card making, knitting and crochet. To the uncommon like spinning yarn from raw fleece on my spinning wheel and making bobbin lace |

I tend to alternate short course one year and long the next - it's not as easy to train with work these days as it used to be! |

Finding the time to triangle is getting harder, I would love to do an Ironman just for the experience but finding the time to train for that would be a nightmare |

It's not easy! Have to be really disciplined with your time. |

Sailing the last 6 years, competition and leisure which replaced about 12 years of wakeboarding, also love swimming so appears water sports (not the naughty kind) are more favourable than land, although do enjoy walking and the odd mountain trek |

Up until recently I used to ultra marathon the mountains or run the likes of fan dance with loaded bergen... Love that free feeling when blowing out of your arse, like you aint got nothing left but ya still push on and break the challenge |

Used to race bikes and still ride a bit, it's tjat time of year when I consider training a bit more drequently with a view to doing the local track league although recent years suggest I won't!
Other than that it's running and more frequently marathon running with 4 already entered for this year.

Absolutely love it, the crucifix was a fun move as I had a slight memory lapse as to how to exit it which is not the comfiest hanging upside down.... lol... Love the feel of the silk as it wraps about the body.. Great way to stretch those joints out especially when in a sunny woodland |
