You mean stop someone?
Hide your profile and they can’t find you. Unless they’ve hotlisted you or you’re friends. If you know who they are you can block them  |

I'm not sure you can. If you want to block a profile then there's that way, but people can and do view in stealth mode, or create new profiles.
But your profile isn't exactly personally identifying? |
