What cameras do people use to take videos with their other halves or in any other filthy scenario?

Me and my better half have always used smart phones but want to go up a level and take some better quality videos?

Any thoughts?

A good compact camera is capable of HD video recording now, and they don't break the bank.

I use a canon 4000dslr in my diving casing just in case she’s a splosher!

Most decent smart phone camera will take decent vids. IPhone has built in video editing software too
