Who is getting ready for the beach this summer? I am, lets share some tips of how we are going about it, whats your diet and training like? Here is my tips on my 4 month plan.
Log everything you eat in an app to keep it simple. I use mynetdiary.
1 Diet is everything, times your weight by 14, you could go as low as 12, be patience and every month, evaluate if you need to drop the calories.
2 You have to eat enough protein 1.5g.
3 Add healthy fats such as oil, nuts
to your diet, have oil to every meal.
4 Keep carbs low and focus on slow releasing sources, such as oats are an excellent choice.
5 Eat vegetables or some kind of leafy green with every meal, it is carbless carbs.
6 Train with high reps, full body workout routine.
7 Do cardio, you could after a while introduce some sort of interval to mix it up, like 10 min on the bike, 10 on the treadmill and 10min of rowing. I would suggest do about 1hr of cardio everyday, you could also just go out for a nice brisk walk too, it will equal to about 9000 steps.
8 You could have a cheat day once a week where you could eat what you want, it will keep you on track in the long run.
8 Patience is the key
9 The 4 month is up, its time to show the world. |

Thanks for the tips.
I suppose it comes down to whether that is a look you like (on yourself or others).
A 6 pack isnt a sign of fitness or being healthy, so is it worth the effort or are you better having a bit of everything in moderation? |

"2 litres of water per day...
On that note, if your feeling hungry then drink a pint of water and it will lower your appetite " That is right, drink water before a meal |
