4.30 if working, 6.30 if not but may go back to bed for an hour once the kids and animals are sorted, Sasha gets up at 6.45 (When I bring her a coffee up) and I try to let her sleep in until 8.30 at weekends.

Get a kiss at 7.30 by hubby, then I go back to sleep until 9.30 if I’m in the office. If I’m working from home then I get up when I can’t sleep no more!

I need at least 10 hours sleep a night.
