It's a well known fact that women outnumber men by a huge percentage on fab.
So I've been thinking 
And eureka the answer is staring me in the face !
All we need to do is recruit more women so the simple question is, who are you going to recruit for the cause ? 
I'm starting with a young lady in our offices who is always using naughty innuendos |

Could work ... although I believe in this country generally ... there are slightly more women than men ... so by logic ... the spread should be more even here...
Or maybe men are just far more willing to spread it around ...  |
