Have you ever tried eating oranges in the shower ? You should try it.. do it.. do it now. It's urgent. A cold orange and a hot shower.. peel the orange in the shower ! |

Expanded to shooting leg pain and numbness in my lower back. Waiting on a physio appointment at work.
But the main pain is gone the numbness concerns me. Feels like the bottom half of my back is asleep. I am now consciously aware of my own skin in the area |

Yeah that or the disk are possible.
Part of my job does require me to twist and bend in weird ways.
Like standing up though an oval hole a bit above waist height then twisting to the side and going through an oval hole on the side thats horizontal and then dragging my hole body up off the floor and into the inside.
Its not the best motion especially when its all sharp hard metal |
