Making mine at the mo which is sliced roast duck, sitting on top of mustard mash and griddled asparagus.

morning good old breakfast tea

summertime "gunpowder" green chinese tea with mint.

bedtime tea, tetley or 99 with spoon of honey or cinnamin tea.

Fillet steak (med to well done), peppercorn sauce, steamed veg, and deep fat fried potatoe square's (cant think of the proper name .... apologies!) and yorkshire puds

Tuna mayo sandwich..loads of black pepper and red onions...and as an after thought perhaps an addition of a few jalapenos
